1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all appointments, services, and transactions between Call of Beauty Studio and the client. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up, 100% of the treatment fee may be charged. Appointments can be booked via Treatwell or directly through contact with the studio.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled depending on availability. The full treatment fee still applies.

4. Payments

Payments must be made immediately after the treatment, either in cash, by card, or in advance via online booking. If you book through Treatwell and pay in advance, their payment terms apply. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid until the expiration date listed.

5. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in euros and include VAT. Call of Beauty Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Hygiene & Health

We maintain high hygiene standards in the studio. Please inform us before your appointment if you have any allergies, infections, skin issues, or medical conditions. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if there are concerns about hygiene or health safety.

7. Personal Data & Privacy

Your data is kept confidential and is used only for providing our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent unless legally required. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

Call of Beauty Studio is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damage that occurs after a treatment unless caused by intent or gross negligence. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical or skin-related information before your appointment.

9. Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours at info@callofbeautystudio.nl. We will do our best to find a fair solution.

10. Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the district where Call of Beauty Studio is located.
